Not as good as they look
These pancakes have a weird taste to them. The whole packet makes two 2x2" pancakes or one 4x4" pancake. Not too happy...

YUM!!!
"I just had my first pancakes. YUM!!!! Perfect snack to eat with hot tea after spending the evening riding in a cold barn. I can't wait to be off protein only and have them for breakfast with fresh strawberries. I was surprised that they were so tasty - I ate them plain ... without anything."

good but is great with an ounce more of water!
Need to change directions and add an ounce more of water or else they might be too thick. Great job on the pancakes!
